Robert Zerah CPA/PFS, CFP, MBA
Robert received an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 1982 from the State University of New York at Albany. In 1987 he received his Masters degree in accounting, graduating from Adelphi University.
He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991, and also holds the designation of Personal Financial Specialist accredited by the American Institute of CPAs. Additionally, he holds the credentials of Certified Financial Planner authorized by the CFP Board of Standards.
Robert is the vice president of Zerah & Company, CPAs, P.C., which is a full service accounting firm specializing in the needs of closely held businesses and their owners, as well as all aspects of personal financial planning, including planning strategies for investments, retirement, insurance needs, estate taxes, college funding and cash flow.
He is a member of the NYS Society of CPAs Nassau Chapter, and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as being a member of its Personal Financial Planning Division.
Robert is a certified Quickbooks Pro advisor and has successfully helped clients with initial set up, training, troubleshooting and general augmentation of their usage of the Quickbooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise programs. He has also worked with the Quickbooks industry specifric programs including contractors, professional services and manufacturers/wholesalers editions.
